IMS Terms of Reference
The IMS Terms of Reference (ToR) is the governing document for the IMS program. Each Participant member and Associate are required to ratify the ToR. The ToR contains the principles, governance, and strategy of the organization. It also contains provisions for sharing intellectual property.
