IMS reserved a limited amount of rooms at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Geneva at a discount price: Classic room CHF 300, Superior room CHF 320 per room, per night. The above-mentioned rates include 3.60% VAT and service charges. The city tax will be chargedwith CHF 4.25 per person and night. There’s complimentary shuttle service from/to Geneva international airport and airport train station. Complimentary access to the in-house fitness and wellness centres. Wifi access in all guest rooms, conference spaces and public areas. Free public transport card for all guests staying at the hotel. The rooms are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival until noon on the day of departure.
